Overview
MK800 is a multi-functional four-axis CNC tool grinder, through the CNC program can automatically grind spiral groove surface and straight groove surface carbide milling cutter, molding milling cutter, etc.
Application:
● Profile Cutter regrinding
● Broach grinding
Machine Feature
● The grinding head can rotate at XZ plane and ZY plane to achieve the different angle.
● Adding the fourth axis linked to grind round tools.
● Using high speed CBN grinding wheel, so the grinding wearing is less. The wearing tools also can be compensated by system.
